Q:  Who is Nez Perce Network Systems?
A:  A not for profit internet service provider branch of the Nez Perce Tribe Dept. of Technology Services

Q:  What are NPNS office hours?
A:   8:00am 4:30pm M-F

Q:  How can I obtain information from NPNS?
A:  During regular business hours contact by phone 208-843-7307 Ext 3; email or after business hours....

Q:  What services do you provide?
A:  Reliable high speed internet and computer systems support to customers. Business interconnection and interior cabling for Ethernet deployment; and business business routing.

Q:  What do you charge for your services?
A:  Internet connection: 3 Mbps 4 $20; 6 Mbps $ 40; 9 Mbps $60 per month; Installation fee $100; Routers $80.   Business interconnection and cabling services are based on a contract bid price, contact us for details.

3MB Plan $20.00/month or $200/year
6MB Plan $40.00/month or $400/year
9MB Plan $60.00/month or $600/year
Antenna (hardware for all plans) $100 one time fee or
$9/month for first year only
Linksys E2500 Router $65-$80 one time fee (prices may vary)

Q: What communities do you serve?
A: Spalding, Lapwai, Culdesac, Peck, Ahsahka, Orofino, Kamiah and rural areas of Winchester, Craigmont, Nezperce, Fraser, Woodland Contact our staff to conduct a site survey to validate connectivity access.


Q:  What is my e-mail address?
A:  Please contact helpdesk to find out what your email address. or 208-843-7307.

Q:  Can I have more than one email address?
A:  With NPNS services each subscriber is allowed up to 5 email addresses per wireless account.

Q:  Can I add or change e-mail address(es)?
A:  Email addresses can be changed by contacting DTS, but you cannot change or add email accounts on your own.


Q:  Do you offer filter for offensive web sites?
A:  We provide unfiltered unlimited Internet services.


Q:  How can I change my mailing address, phone number or other information?
A:  Please contact DTS to change any of your contact information on your wireless account.

Q:  How do I change my password?
A:   Log into  Click 'Options' and then 'Personalize'.  This will bring up the menu to change your password.  Be sure to hit "Save" at the top (looks like a blue floppy disk right above Password).

Q:  What are my payment options?
A:  Payments can be paid via cash, check, credit card, or money order.
